The Open House Centre is operated
by the people of
Manvers Street Baptist Church to provide a place of welcome
for all in the City Centre.
We have various sized rooms available to let for regular one off meetings.

Open Monday to Saturday
9.00am - 4.00 pm staffed by volunteers, with a professional
manager and cook serving hot meals between 12 and 2pm
snacks and home-made cakes and
pastries. Provides room for private
functions and a base for displays, information
and meetings for Christian ministry
to the City. A "listener" service is available if required.

A Youth Advice, Information

PRAYER IN THE CENTRE
Manvers Street Baptist Church is the 'Church in the Open House Centre'. We are offering to pray for all the groups who meet regularly in the Open House Centre. Praying for three or four each month including all within a year. Additionally we have a small group of people who are offering to pray for specific issues requested by members of the groups we are praying for. These prayer requests can be made on the prayer cards and posted through the letterbox of the Minister's office next to the Team Secretary's office. There is also a prayer board in the Open House Coffee Shop. Prayer requests on this board are included in the11am prayers Monday - Friday in the Church and at the City Centre Prayers each Tuesday at 1.10pm and also at the Prayer for Healing Services.
